Overview

Signing in with a Microsoft account allows OpsAssist users to access the platform using their existing Microsoft credentials. This provides a streamlined login experience without the need for an additional password. This guide is intended for all OpsAssist users who have Microsoft accounts associated with their email addresses. After following these steps, users will be able to authenticate using their Microsoft credentials and resolve common issues that may arise during the sign-in process.

Prerequisites

  • The user must have an existing OpsAssist account.

  • The email address must be associated with a Microsoft account.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to the OpsAssist Web App Login Page.

  2. Click “Continue with Microsoft.”

  3. Sign in with your Microsoft account credentials.

  4. Upon successful authentication, you will be directed to the dashboard.

  5. A “Welcome back” toast notification will appear, confirming successful login.

Troubleshooting

  • Clear your browser cache and try signing in again.

  • If you are still unable to sign in with your Microsoft account, contact your IT department, as company security policies may block Microsoft account access.
